Led by amazing instructors and driven by great music, you’ll ride through a mix of hills, sprints, intervals, and flat roads—all while adjusting resistance to match your fitness level.

Whether you're a seasoned rider or new to the saddle, this class is fully customisable and welcomes all levels.

Please bring a bottle or water and a hand towel. 

Footwear- Strong soled comfortable training shoe or cycling SPD - mountain bike style clipless shoes.
