Get ready to ride! This indoor cycling class is designed to improve your endurance, build lower body strength, and burn those calories in a fun, motivating group setting. Led by amazing instructors and driven by great music, you’ll ride through a mix of hills, sprints, intervals, and flat roads—all while adjusting resistance to match your fitness level.

This class is fully customisable and welcomes all levels, but will focus on those starting their spin journey. 

Please bring a bottle or water and a hand towel. 

Footwear- Strong soled comfortable training shoe or cycling SPD - mountain bike style clipless shoes.
