Run Hub is a class focused on running mechanics and targeted exercises designed to improve your conditioning and strengthen your running performance.
As the weather gets better, we’ll take our sessions outdoors.
Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins. Don’t forget to bring a small towel and water, and be sure to wear running shoes.
